Cellphone Screen Replaced While You Wait

Well obviously my phone hit the tiled floor, and this time it did not bounce. :-(
Outsurance are organising a technician company to come and repair my phone at my workplace.
I don't even have to miss my phone for one day (it's still in full working order)
Only as long as it takes to change the screen while I wait.
I knew there was a reason I bought a Samsung Galaxy - this is definitely GREAT service!!!
