FNB safety deposit box fees

I have had a safety deposit box with FNB for more than 2years. When I first got the box the fee was around R42 per month. Without my knowledge FNB changed their monthly charge. I never bothered to check the monthly debit order as I assumed nothing had changed. I decided to go through my statement this month as I was trying to find a specific transaction and then noticed the new fee. After doing some research I noticed this was in place from July 2012 therefore I am out of pocket for R 2400. This is really disappointing as I used to be one the customers who promoted FNB in the past. Firstly this increase seems ridiculous as the fee increased by 500% ( who does that). Secondly I was never informed and thirdly this seems to be the new strategy for FNB. They bring you on at one price and then drastically increase their fees (my private banking fees also went up from R 130 per month to R 315 per month in one go). Surely this is not in line with TCF (treating customers fairly)
