Debiting of Monthly, & service fees on wrong date

I receive my salary on the last day of the month, but FNB debits monthly and service fees between the 15th to 20th each month, and this should be done at the end of the month, as it inconvenience me a lot each month and the fees are exorbitant amounting to over R250.
