Paying for a service i dont get

I am sick and tired of Nedbanks failure to give me the service i am paying for... i have complained a number of times and it looks like this problem is getting worse... i do not have a contractual agreement in place with Nedbank that states its ok for them to allow late transactions on my cheque card... as a result of transactions not going off they time i swip i end up with a whole lot of honoring fees at R90 a pop... why are you doing this? my understanding is the time i swip is the time you take the cash from me... not a week later... as a resuly i was so humilated thinking the is money in my acc when there was nothing due to this problem of you taking you money days later... i am sick and tired of you Nedbank and perhaps its time to move after 16years of banking with you... late sms notification is another problem that you cannot seem to fix for deposits
