Woolworths really dissapointed me this time. I took out insurance with them because on the pamphelt it says: " your claim can be processed within 24 hours. I lost my pone a week ago and the insurance comapny they are using are pathetic. They either dont pick me up on their system, or their system is offline, or they will call me back, or out me on hold for nearly half an hour! Its been a WEEK already I still have not managed to put a claim in yet!!! How disgusting is that? I suppose that by the time I finally get around to doing it (if it ever happens) they will probably tell me that I took too long and cant claim anymore! and I dont have a number that they can contact me on coz they supposed to replace my phone!!!
