WOOLWORTHS INSURANCE - VERY BAD AFTER SALES SERVIC

We had a burglary during the early hours of the morning in March. We are living in a security complex with electrical fencing and security guards. Our claim were declined by Woolworths insurance because of a plot behind the estate that I didn't mention to them when taking out the policy. The burglary were reported to the police by the neighbour living on the plot behind the estate. They still won't pay out the claim because of the plot behind the estate. We've phoned numerous times for the recording of the conversation between woolworths insurance and myself, and still didn't get any response!
