Excess increase unreasonable!!!

I have received an email notifying me that my ZERO Excess amount will be increased to R3300 because of the Rand depreciating. I can understand a small increase and will except that but R3300? Come on that's just off the charts. I certainly need to move to another insurer. This can not go on...
