Very unhappy EX-client of Outsurance

I received a letter from Outsurance indicating that my premium will be increased. I started looking around to find cheaper insurance. I've emailed Outsurance to inform them of my cancellation. A lady from the cancellation department contacted me. I couldn't take her calls a number of times as I am also working in an environment where I am directly connected to the public and I deal with the public from 7:30 until 17:30. I asked her to contact me later. A few days later I received a SMS informing me that "FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION YOUR POLICY WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED". I immediately contacted the cancellation department. The person i spoke to asked me why I want to cancel. I told him that I phoned them in Feb to hear about my bonus and they said it will be paid out in Aug. In Aug I phoned them to find out that they will not pay out my bonus. I then decided to cancel my contract in Sept. During our call the person told me that they can pay my bonus as well as bring down my installment as I have never claimed. I asked him that why only now are willing to "WALK THE EXTRA MILE". I told him I want my bonus as well as my contract cancelled. His response was that they cant do it if 'n cancel.
