EXCESS INCREASE!!!

I received a letter of my excess increase within only 6 months after joining miway! My zero excess all of a sudden went to R3300. I am very disappointed! I was with my previous insurer for over 15 years and feel like Miway tricked me in joining with promises that they did not intend to keep. If I knew this huge amendment was going to take place I would not have made the change!!! I did lodge a formal complaint and spoke to a consultant but it does not look like I am going to get any where! The attitude was if you do not like it we do not need your business.
