Without a doubt the single most useless insurance company out there. One would think that being affiliated with Mercedes Benz, as their insurers that you would have top notch service. Not one person cares about the client, the service is atrocious and they have no idea what they are doing. Imagine how one feels when your car was supposed to be taken to the panel beaters on 29 August and on 4 and 5 September after number both the insurer and the panel beaters, no one knows where the car is??? And then, please try and find management to complain to because Eben who I spoke to never called me back and is not in the office today? Nasrin should not be a client facing individual because her tone is unacceptable and then to top it off, YOUR COMPLAINTS NUMBER DOESN'T WORK! What a joke...

If this ever gets through to any kind of management perhaps you should serious consider your approach. If i was Mercedes i would be changing my insurer immediately, what a terrible brand affiliation.
