I purchased a Mercedes Benz from a dealer in Paarl. The sales person then sold me the extended Warranty and service Plan. I was assured that the cover would be the same as the Mercedes Benz Warranty that was still active at the time. In the beginning of this year the vehicle broke down and needed to be towed in to the agents for repairs and when time for payment came the warranty politely did not cover any of the cost I was supposed to be covered for. The policy numbers and details I had was different to what the Insurer had. I have all correspondence between the insurer and my self where there call centre agent as well as legal representative in there own words tell me I have the same cover as that from Mercedes and just because my claim was not paid I am upset about it. They make me out to be confused and referring to to incorrect information when everything I had was what I received from them. There story has changed from one to the next and they just refuse to pay me back my money I had to pay the agents for cover I was supposed to have. The amount of characters available for me to in detail give all the facts are not enough. Very Unhappy Consume
