My mother has a family funeral plan at standard an

d was married traditionally to my father which means they have different surnames, she then included my father in the cover and made him the spouse. On the 1Oth of february 2013 my father passed away and my mother went to claim but got a bad attitude from the staff members and did not get any help for the claim. she always complain about the attitude of the staff there at matatiele everytime she has a problem. i need help this is depressing her so much.
