Mind-boggling incompetence

I am beyond disappointed with the service from the card division of Discovery. I applied for a credit card at the beginning of the month and it has taken almost four weeks and numerous calls to get the card delivered. And when the card does eventually get here, everything is wrong except my initial! The title is wrong, the surname is wrong, the address is wrong (where the did they dig up that old address from? I left that place 7 years ago for crying out loud!) I cannot believe such utter incompetence. I am cancelling the stupid card, it's way too much trouble than it's worth.
