WHEN I OPENED MY ACCOUNT IN SEPTEMBER I APPLIED FOR MY 32 DAY ACCOUNT, IT DIDN'T REFLECT ON MY INTERNET BANKING AFTER I APPLIED WHEN I WAS IN THE BANK, I HAD TO GO AGAIN INTO THE BANK AND SAY IT WASN'T REFLECTING, I HAD TO PHONE AND AGAIN FOR THE 3RD TIME GO INTO THE BANK.
I HAD TO RETURN A PAYMENT THAT WENT OFF MY ACCOUNT THAT WASN'T SUPPOSE TO, I WENT INTO THE BANK AND THEY COULDN'T HELP ME BECAUSE IT WAS TO EARLY, THAT SAME AFTERNOON I WENT TO STD BANK IN CARNIVAL MALL, THEY DID IT WITH NO HASSLE.
I LOST MY CARD, I WENT INTO STD BEDFORD GARDENS, THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO STOP MY CARD, I LEFT, WHEN I PHONED THE MONDAY THE CALL CENTRE TO CONFIRM IF A NEW CARD WAS ORDERED THE BRANCH NEVER STOPPED MY CARD.
