Pay my money as promised

I am very frustrated and disappointed at the blantant lack of regard and failure to feedback from your people. I left my job and chose to withdraw my retirement fund coz I wanted to use that money to pay transfer fees for the house I'm purchasing. On the 2nd of Sept, I asked for feedbback from my company, who sent email to you. Response from Dudu Letuka was that my money will be paid BY THURSDAY. Phone Dudu on Thur morning to ensure payment still on track. Stories from her, money will be processed only Fri, payment 2 days. Asked for confirmation of payment, told it will be sent to my former company. I sent email to my company, they forwarded to you, someone called Lorraine Jager asked someone called Lebohang Khumalo to respond. Today is Friday, I am sitting with no money and no idea whatsoever that my money has been paid. I never missed a payment, I paid monthly, now I want my money then it's a mission.

What me off is that you made a out of me. You told me my money will be paid BY THURSDAY. I passed on that information to the transfer attorneys. Now they are demanding the money or they will cancel the sale and I stand to lose my deposit. I WANT MY MONEY TODAY!
