THREE MONTHS LATER STILL MY MONEY HASN’T BEEN PAID

I called Momentum on the 8/10/2013 to cancel my investment policy and to withdraw the funds. I was asked to send through the bank statement and copy of ID. After sending the documents I received confirmation that the docs have been received and the money should be in my account in 3 days. On 14/10/2013 I called again as the money was still not in my account and I was told they are still busy with the verification process. On 18/10 I called them again to follow up on the payment. I was told my policy will mature on 01/12/2013. On the 2nd/3rd December I called them again to follow up on the payment, instead I was asked to send the bank statement and ID docs again. So I send them again, I also spoke to the manager Lololo who told me she was busy releasing the money and it should be in my account on the same - also I will get an sms confirming the payment and she will also call first thing in the morning to confirm. But she never called instead I received a letter from them on 11/12/2013 stating that the net maturity value will be paid into my account. I am still waiting -Still my money hasnt been paid out. This is very frustrating and dissapointing.
