Standard bank has stupid policies

I go to the bank to withdraw money, to which the deposit was made last Friday (02 Aug). I'm asked today (05 Aug) if it's the first time a deposit was made by this individual/ company, if yes, I have to wait for two days before I can withdraw the money. The money had already cleared by the 3rd.

I'm already paying a monthly subscription on the Cheque acc, let alone bank charges for using MY money. I'm really disappointed and inconvenienced for using their ridiculous service!!!
