I would like to cancel my contract I called Iburst and spoke to Dudu (a very sour lady indeed) who said I only have 4 months left so I would need to pay my 4 months subscription (R596), send through the proof of payment along with a letter stating I want to cancel my subscription with immediate effect. I asked her to put this down on email for me and I would then reply... I never received the email I then called back and Dudu was in a meeting I was told she would get back to me... NOTHING. I then called today and spoke to Isaac I told him what I had discussed with Dudu and he said that I need to pay for the modem as well THIS WAS NOT TOLD TO ME BY DUDU. Also when I asked Isaac this he said "How should I know why she told you that". Firstly the modem was paid in my first 2 years and the second modem I received was just delivered and I was NEVER informed that I would have to pay for it as my monthly subs was the same! I asked Isaac to get Dudu to call me and he said he would I AM STILL WAITING. I find the service from these 2 absolutely disgusting!!!
