No Feedback from Insurance side

I was diagnosed with cancer and was requested to forward a questionnaire from my doctor as well as reports through to Sanlam Sky, I did this twice and was informed that it was received but I nobody could tell me when my claim will be resolved or how long the process will be. It is now almost two weeks later without any feedback. Could I receive feedback please
