Stop harassing!!! get your facts straight!!!

My mother fikile elizabeth khoza, is being harassed by sanlam consultants! she had a loan with sanlam since DECEMBER 2010- later she was diagnosed with breast cancer MARCH 2013- she claimed for medical disability - the insurance claim then paid sanlam THE WHOLE LOAN AMOUNT, and therefore elizabeth was suppoused to receive the balance amount of - R2100 BUT SHE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT AMOUNT OF R1400... before elizabeth could even correct this- TWO RUDE CONSULTANTS called my mother asking for R1600 TO BE PAID TO THEM!!!??? THE OTHER WHITE RUDE MAN HUNG UP THE PHONE WHEN MY MOTHER TRIED TO EXPLAIN - SANLAM IS NOT PROFESSIONAL- SHE WAS CALLED ON THE 15th and the 16th on 0835043065... her reference number is EAU00256S... THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BECAUSE THE LOAN IS SORTED AND DEALT WITH- INSTEAD THEY OWE ELIZABETH MONEY! FIX THIS AND WE ARE WAITING FOR A CALL - STOP HARASSING CLIENTS!!!
