18 Weeks and still no feedback on claim

I was admitted to hospital in March for my Diabetes. I have submitted a claim against my policy on the 10th of April 2013 and after 18 weeks I still have not received any feedback if it has been approved or not. My doctors and I have filled in countless forms and I have send them all my test results from 2010 but still nobody can give me feedback. My broker have also tried anything and left messages for the Head of the department to phone them but apparently nobody at Sanlam cares. Now I am being punished for having a illness WHICH I AM COVERED FOR and paying a premium every month. I have never ever received such pathetic service. What more can I do, how many forms would you still like me to fill in? How many lab results would you like me to send you before you believe me? Having this illness is hard enough. To have a insurance company who ignores you for 18 weeks does not make it easier!!! Why do I have insurance or is it your tactic to keep on asking me to fill in more forms until I get tired and leave the claim so that you can save money?
