Great service during a really busy time!

FNB Sanlam Centre is probably only of the busier branches they have. It's fairly common to be sitting in queues no matter what time of day you go there and people often gripe that it's worst than the municipality. However, I met one of the assistant managers (black lady, I forgot your name, but I think it may have been Vuyo?) who helped me certify a copy of my bank statement even though their systems were down. She was cheerful, sympathetic and efficient. I really hope you get the recognition you deserve.

Also, to the senior management at FNB, please make this branch bigger and employ more tellers. It really really is as bad as the municipality.
