I waited an hour and ten minutes to process a deposit, the queue was 3 rows long with only tellers 1, 3 and 4 open. on requesting wheres the mngr no one seemed to know where Nigel the mngr was, he was first outside then at a meeting, no one bothered to open more tellers yet they claimed they were offline nation wide. what kind of customer service with elderly people standing in the queues and no help. if they are offline what is being done, and since 3 tellers were operating why couldn't tellers 2 and 4 also operate. with attitudes as that from the tellers and consultants, std bank is the worst service offline delivery bank. no one even bothered to assist with only deposits or even reassure the clients. this is a financial institution and no one was advised on the systems and the staff. this is unacceptable and the service should be improved or staff should be trained to work efficient and faster. stop lying and hiding your manage
