They careless about customers

Hi, I went to the above branch few times in the last 3 months during month end and the kind of customer care in that branch is at shocking level. I'm going to just single my last visit on the 25 July around 9 when the bank opened there were only 2 tellers serving more that 80 people! one would wait about an hour to be served. An old gentle man (Mr Nkabinde 082 744 1209) went looking for the manager, which i joined also, but the receptionist Maphele told us the manager couldn't help us as was busy with serious staff on the phone!!! It's frustrating how your managers run that branch they dont care about the customers maybe because is100% black comunity using that branch because in places like eastgate, bedford you see bank staff assisting people in the queues & service is far away too better that at Chris Hani. One can blame the cashiers but from what I see there, the ladies working at the tills give their all but cant be enough if they were scheduled 2 ladies. Please help the people, month end open more than 5 tellers we deserve better service. Thanks to a wonderful service i got from Fikile after I waited there for more than an hour.
