CARD 3 MONTHS OLD BUT YOU DONT HAVE MY DETAILS?

My card was swolled by the machine last friday, I cancelled it. had trouble ordering a new one as apparently my contact details are not on the system, i called back saturday and managed to order a new card.
But now apparently they can not let me know when it will be arriving at the branch as they do not have my cell no on the system???
