I received an offer of better premiums from another broker. You being my insurance i sent the quote hoping u would beat it. at first i was promised call backs which never happened. i called to realise that my premium (which has been debited already) had increase, worse my access as well. this is done without communication nothing at all. who does that? this is my 4th year with you, i received better offers in the past but chose to remain with you because of the service i received, now this?? Can some one call me and explain all this. will you match the offer i sent to you or the wont be any response?
