Standard Bank Ucount Card still have not recieved!

I activated my Ucount account around October 2013. To date my card has not been recieved.

I called the call centre many times, they insist that they had posted it to me. No one calls back to check if i have recieved my card. When I tell them that it isnt recieved they put in a request and I have to wait 21 working days.

I am tired off calling as its gone months and still didnt recieve my card.

to top it all they have my incorrect contact details and their system is "designed" for them not to amend my details.

I had called the "my account" department to update my details which is still not updated.

I am really very frustrated with the time and effort i put into getting my card with no joy!!!
