Proof residence not valid for staff

We live on a farm 30minutes away from any town and you told a staff member that he cannot access his account without proof of residence. So I sent him to town with proof of residence every member of my family has used and another family staying on the farm has used but for him it is not good enough and you send him back with a form for me to fill out. There is no compassion at all when this man has travelled and walked to get there only to be sent away. Just because he is in his farm work clothes? Why didn't you try and help him and phone me to verify if need be. So disappointed in how he was treated complete inequality as if I walked in there same piece of paper same reason I would've been helped when I can drive there in my air-coned vehicle.
