Farm residence dont count

It seems that in the new South-Africa, if you live on a farm and you work for the same company! financial institution Direcaxis cant accept your proof of residence.
Whom ever thought this whole proof of residence thing up, is a clear and utter.
Ive been paying my loan off from Direcaxis now for two years, and not once did they ask for any paperwork, eg. id or proof of residence! Now they contacted me for a third loan, but they wont accept my proof of residence! Not once was my payments late, and my credit record clear! but no that doesn't count.
Just as long as you don't live on a farm, you can have a third loan... wow!
Strange that i can get car finance and credit from major Banks, with the same letter of residence but not Direcaxis.
Maybe its your company policy, i call it a loss of good clients. keep your loan! and i hope other customer`s read this.
