Proof of residence form

I would like to know if i still need to fill in proof of residence form when i apply for a new ATM card, and if so can i get it through internet. I live in Lesotho already has an account with your bank so do I need to go get that form at the nearest branch and take it back to my chief in Lesotho then back to Absa?
