Mi-smart is a waste

I got a smart policy last year 2012 and decided to claim after a year for my car. I contacted mi-smart and everything was process, thereafter I went to a panel beater and he took a picture and logged a claim. After a couple of days I received a call from mi-way stating my claim is not approved because the dent is over 15cm and there is rust on the panel. I explained that the dent is 13cm and the rust is surface rust because the paint fell off when it got dented. I also wondered how they got a measurement of over 15cm from a picture. I tried cancelling my policy and I was told that someone will call me back, which was a week ago and still no call. I did call the call centre again and was told that someone will call me back, this is so unprofessional and the worst experience ever.
