Maternity leave

I have a complain i went on maternity leave few months back i phoned African bank telling them that i wont be able to the full amount on my loans they have agreed that i pay the half of my instalments which i did and now they phone me every month saying i am in arrears why am i in arrears when i phone them and made an arrangement this is very annoying receiving calls that i am in arrears when i made an arrangement please can this be rectify
