Maternity leave & No Answer!!

I've sent lots of emails to African bank about my unpaid maternity issue, I am going on Maternity leave the end of this month and would like to know what i need to do.

Do i make payment arrangements as I'm not going to get paid, Can you give me options on what i need to do so it can be done before i leave.
