REFUND

I had an arrangement with bank because I am on maternity leave that I pay them R100 on each of my accounts! Which I did! Only to find out that they also deducted the full instalments at the same time my parents put my rent money in! I did complain and there reason for not refunding me is because my account is in arrears! This has left me in a very bad light with my Landlord! Who has since then not received there rent from me! I would like Nedbank to refund my money as we did have an arrangement in place and they have broken that and has left me now with my kids facing eviction! This is just not on!

Very dissapointed!
