PAYING AND NO MOVE

Made an arragement with the bank as i was gouing to maternity leave that they take half the instalment all was well . and when i was about to go back they told me i was in arrears due to the shortfalls so i made arrangement that they take extra 300 for making up for the short falls . suprisingly today i called quering my accounts only to be told that i was handed over to the collectors! my question is if 1 makes an arrangement and i paid as per the arrangemen why must i be handed over to some collectors? now my name is drag into the mud and even the balance doesnt go down it get higher every month! I AM SICK N TIRED OF THIS NONSENSE AND SOME1 NEED TO AMEND THEIR RECORD OR I WILL NEVER PAY ANY INSTALMENT EVER AGAIN! SO UNHAPPY AND I REGREET THE DAY I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THIS DOGGIE BANK.. WE PAY BUT NOTGHING MOVES... EVEN NOW I COULDNT EVEN OPEN AN ACCOUNT AS I WAS TOLD THE BANK HAS HANDED OVER MY ACC! i will stop the payment so you ncontinue further to hand me over (disgusted()
