Policy still not cancelled

I took out a extended warranty on my new car bought in 2012.In May 2013 I contacted SA warranties on numerous occasions and on the 14 May 2013 I fax my cancellation letter they sended me. I afterward contacted them again to confirm receiving of the letter. I was therefore reassured that the cancellation was successful. Up until now SA Warranties still deducting monies and my frustration is building up although I contacted them numerous time with regard this incident. I therefore now "mahala" pay for insurance I cancelled long ago.

I therefore felt that This company really needs to be address as they clearly don't understand the concept of customer service. And if not hearing from them I will forward my complaint to the ombudsman for short term insurance..for further action..

Hope that this listing will be the final straw to cancel this policy and also monies for June, July and August 2013 refunded to me.
