Mechanic Mess - Cleared by SA Warranties

In March I had to have my clutch repaired, I remembered that I have a warranty and called SA Warranties, was told that they deal directly with the workshop where my car is being fixed. My car was fixed and I was told by the mechanic to pay the remaining balance not covered by the warranty. In May I received a letter from my mechanic stating that I still owe an amount, as according to him SA Warranties declined my claim.

I very angrily contacted SA Warranties who explained that no claim was opened or registered under my policy. SA Warranties investigated the history of the claim between the mechanic and themselves and even after almost three months passed, re-opened, approved and efficiently processed my claim.

I was really pleasantly suprised by this. I appreciate Amanda and those who investigated, approved and processed my claim. The Customer Care department responded to my emails immediately, and even kept following up with me when they needed information.
