24 June 2013 I bought my first car a clio 4 at renault fountains, i specifically stated i do not want a extended warrant as the car already comes with manufacture 5 years service plan, after 1 week i went through my contracts to find dat platinum boost plan from SA warrant was included, I immediately contact them and was told I do not have an account with sa warranties as they hadn't received any funds. I then contacted renault fountains and cancelled all insurance they included which was the warrant and adcover from regent. Contacted renault customer care and still didnt receive any help from them, I sent numerous emails to renault fountains and all I get is empty promises. its been more then 4 months but I still haven't received my monies or any kind of feed back. Renault has made my first time buying a car an endless nightmare. They not in the bussiness of building long lasting relationships with their clients.
