Please refund

The dealer has sold me warranty from SA Warranties even though i still have warranty on my car, fortunately i managed to pick that up and cancelled the policy. When i had to get refund from SA Warranties i had to call back again to request for it and i was told by Ingrid that the refund has been done of which its not true. I have been harrasing MFC to send me statements and for not reducing my installment, they have sent everything and still doesnt reflect that SA Warranties has refunded back my premium. When i send emails to Ingrid now she doesnt respond, only MFC is responding. Can i please get the refund as i need to settle this car, i cant pay for something im not getting services for. I need proof that the refund has been done so i can forward to MFC
