I went to old mutual branch on the 5/8/2013 as i paid for a policy that is not in my name, after several attempt phoning the toll free number not getting through i went to the branch as I paid for this over 3 year when i went to investigate i pick up that this policy is not in my name.

I spoke to Paul he assist me, very helpful and feedback from there contact centre that they just a letter and then they will remove this from my account. The letter was done and send off. I just got a sms that the whole amount went off again. I phone the contact centre again and they told me that they cant see any letters on this. I contact Paul again he told me that he will follow up and comeback to me he did and told me he find the letter but now they cant do anything. Again now another month went pass me paying more. I will now try again to sort this out by myself. Why telling me this will be sorted and then it is not. I would like to see the documents where I sign giving them approval to debit my account.
