I sent through a query to FNB to open a new cheque account, Tshepo picked up information from a previous FNB account which now portrayed a few problems. He was effecient in speaking to his manager to escalate the query and ensure that I get feedback within the required turnaround time. He was knowledgable and understanding to my problem. Tshepo, FNB should be proud t have such outstanding staff assisting their current and possibly future clients. WELL DONE!!!
