Failure to keep a word

Is debtlab an s.a loans th same thing... im lost..a while ago i had 350 debited off my acc by sa loans wich i made complain of and was resolvd..now i get an sms to contuct shenise at debtlab for wat perpose i dont knw hans i believe i had my application cancelled... i called shenise from debt lab n askd if she call me back as m using a cellphne she took my number n neva botherd to call n yet thy claim to strive for customer satistsfaction... the lady was rude n had attitude..i then sent an email to debtlab to cancell my application... when i made this application i specified tht i must get th loan the sooner th better thy then said not to worrie thy will assist me in no longer than 3days n its been almost a month and wat i needed the loan for already sold to sumone... i then sent cancelation e.mail its clear tht thy ignored it as now thy sending this sms... if debtlab n s.a loans work together pls updte each ada n how did it happen coz i dnt even remember giving s.a loans my bank details but they menaged to debit money off my acc... now i fear debtlab is gona debit my money too..pls relsolve ur comunication skills if u work hand ii iren hand..i regret all this
