Waiting for payout on loan

Hi I applied for a loan which was approved on the 3 of January 2013, with one of there partners Bridge Loans according to debtlab it will be paid out in 24 to 48 Hrs I contacted them on Tuesday 8th January and they dirrected me to Bridgeloans. The call centre people are not very helpful the only tel you that the loans take up to 14 days to payout nd if you ask them what the status is the cannot help you. I am very unhappy because Debtlab has a different story on the payouts. The loan is urgent why would you than want to loan money if you have to wait so long.
