Having just come across all these complaints about "late loan payouts" on this site, I regret not seeing them sooner. Last week I applied for a loan and I had a loan approved (Monday) from Bridge Loans via DebtLab, and immediately started receiving emails that "due to unforseen circumstances, my loan won't be paid out this week". What peevs me off is that DebtLab did not have the courtesy to warn me of this lender Bridge Loans seeing as this is how they operate. Apparently they are NOT supposed to warn potential clients. Now DebtLab has no idea when this payout will happen. I've read people's complaints that some have waited for over 3 weeks. I fear the worst. Should I not receive this loan this week still, I'll be contacting the NCR (National Credit Regulator) and lay a complaint on both Bridge Loans and DebtLab. Am sure if someone makes enough noise, they'll bring these companies to order. And I'm already expecting a message that the number I'll supply goes to voicemail like all the rest do.
