3 weeks for a loan payout

Good morning. On the 24th April i applied for a loan through Debtlab. They replied i have a loan offer from SA Multiloan. on the 24th i signed the agreement and they replied they have received all my docs and have submitted to their lending partner. The 25th received e-mail that they now require a copy of my bank card. Again got their reply - received all docs. On the same day 25th received that my loan has been approved and the lending partner will contact me to disperse the funds and if i am receiving this e-mail more than once, please not the payout with this lending partner can take up to 15 working days. I have now received the very same e-mail on the 26th, 27th and 28th all sent between the times of 12:43 and 12:53. on the 25th i e-mailed bridge loans asking when could i get thses funds as i can not wait for 3 weeks, i received a reply from Charntall that they can not prioritize my loan. If i knew this was going to take so long, i would have tried someone else as i really need this loan to sort out personel issues. Please could someone assist with the urgency of this and i do understand that there are many application to deal with, but 3 weeks??? Kind regards
