15 Days to wait for money??? Rediculous!

So i took out an emergency loan with debtlab and after getting approved and signing the contract i get an email from Bridge Loans stating i must wait 15DAYS before they will issue the funds to me. 15 DAYS??? If i knew that i would have taken a loan out somewhere else... i sent the agreement through on the 12th April 2013... it is now the 17th and i still havent received the funds. This is now unacceptable!
