DebtLab do not respond after 2 month!!!

HI, I have on 3 occasions now requested my debit order cancelled as I was sequestrated in May, I am advised that I may not (as per the law) favour any creditor over any other creditor, and so ALL creditors must claim from my insolvent estate, I have requested 3 times for debit order to be stopped and given them the court order but they do not even acknowledge. They are to stop the debit order, and contact the lawyers handling the estate, . that is the process and as per the law.
