Debt couselor not paying client's debts

I applied for debt review at debtlab in September 2012 and they accepted. They had some difficulty with the NPDA system debit order so I had to pay R6000 per month for three months into debtlab's banks account, trusting they are going to pay my debtors. For those three months they did not pay a single debt of mine and I lost my car because of that. Ashley promised me that I will not lose my car and still I did. Because of their actions I had no other choice but to place myself under voluntary sequestration and debtlab still has the R18 000 I paid them over the three months. Now they are not communicating with me and are ignoring emails from both me and my lawyer.
