Std Bank won't answer my home loan queries

I have now been trying to sort something out on my home loan for more than a month. I first lodged a query via email on 30 July 2013. I have received emails from the following people: JOHANNA MODJADJI (who forwarded my query on), BRIDGETTE KHIBA (who asked for security information), GILLIAN ALEXANDER (who apologised for a 3 day delay and then didn't get back to me for a month), SUSAN BOTHA (who gave half an answer to one of the 4 questions), PAMELA MUTEMERI (who answered 1 of the 4 questions) and NTOMBIZILE MATHONSI (who gave me information I didn't ask for and none of the info I did ask for).

None of the people above were helpful. I have had to follow up over and over again for weeks because your people are incapable of answering a direct question or providing assistance. I got strange answers, answers to questions I never asked and generally the WORST customer service I have ever received. I don't know if it's stupidity, disinterest or sheer incompetence but I've come to expect all three from Standard Bank. There was one helpful person at your call centre who FINALLY sorted it out for me - her name is TSAKANE BALOYI and you should promote her because she is simply amazing
