We had trouble on our home loan statement as the address of our home we purchased differed from that on our statement. I went to a branch, where the only help I received was confirmation that our address differed from our actual home address.

I then spent some time on the phone with the home loans call centre, who said that they would 'fix' the problem through their admin department (who you cannot directly contact for some reason) and then get back to me.

I then waited for a week with no correspondence as to what the issue was/is (was it municipal boundaries, what are the implications for our bond, how was it changed, etc). I phoned back the call centre and all I got was that the problem, as I had logged it, was fixed and that the consultant cannot answer my questions, I need to email the 'admin' department. This I did and I outlined all my questions and queries.

Weeks later and I am still waiting for answers or even just an email/sms/fax to state that someone is attending to my query so that I can get my answers and find out if we actually bought the house we are living in.
